I have been able to update 750 +/- listings using Turbo Lister. A telephone call to the Listing Tools help line got me headed in the correct direction.
I had to use the Edit>Search and Replace, then select the Search and Replace Tab.
In the search for box you enter the html code that you copied from a description.
***** Any apostrophe must be replaced by a ?. An example is: "<br>There's a charge for the taxes." gets searched as: "<br>There?s a charge for the taxes."
The ? is a wild card character.
In the Replace With box you MUST enter something. I used a space.
If you have any listings that vary by as little as one space, you will have to Search and Replace for every variation.
