We offer combined shipping. The problem we are having is that the buyers are paying for their orders prior to asking for us to review the items they are trying to combine. So, they pay the listed shipping price, then request combined shipping, and we have to go through the whole refund process, which is time-consuming and doesn't sit well with the customers. Does anyone have any good ideas they are using to alleviate this situation?
