Custom Label = MPN... HOW??

Is there a way to automatically sync the Custom Label field to the Manufacturer's Part Number field when creating a new listing?

Is there a way to do it retroactively on existing listings? Doing this one listing at a time is way is extremely cumbersome.

Thanks!!
