Do these posts and polls ever change anything or get response from Ebay??

Just am curious. I know that the kids that talk to me when I call cannot really tell me anything, but I am really getting concerned with where this place is heading.

Is there an Ebay ombudsman or "ambassador" that one can communicate with that might actually talk to someone with any authority?

Is there any real communication path?

I've never noticed any response from management that related to what small sellers want or need.

The customer support is about the worst ever. If you like being put on hold, hung up on, or fed mis information... the best you can do is keep dialing til you do catch a real worker, who knows something. That speaks real english!!!
