I am having trouble being able to update and edit the title in numerous listings that I have listed using Selling Mgr Pro, I contacted Ebay customer support and spoke to a gentleman in  and got no assistence no suggestions.

I need to understand why it is when I have a item listed that has multiple available with some sold it won't allow me to edit the Title line?  I was told that I have to cancel the listing and write a new one?  Does that seem accurate

The main reason I ask is I would like to add in some "key" words in to my title line so I am coming up in the searches

Hi, I have experienced the same problem, but not with all ads, just some of them.  When I try to revise the ad title and it shows up with a light gray/blue background, dollars to donuts, it won't allow me to update.  The only way I've found to get around it is to end the ad and then revise the title when I am relisting it.  It costs an extra $.05 to do it this way, but it seems to work.  I am sorry to hear Customer Service wasn't any help, I thought they would have an answer, but haven't had the time to call them myself.  If I get any better response when I do call, I will post it here...

If you have a lot with multiple items in it, once you sell one the system does not allow you to edit the title.  You can edit everything else-description, price quantity, terms etc but not the title.  It has been this way for as long as I have been selling here.
