I've been trying to view my orders for quite some time, and I don't have any orders. In fact, I'm not subscribe to eBay SMP! After waiting, I decided to subscribe (although I'm already subscribed) and I think I made it worse. It just keeps saying that it's creating my SMP account but nothing is updating. I'm currently in panic mode. Anyone else having this problem?

Great to read the Pinks are no longer reading the board. :(

Same here. I have two stores...... one has SMP this morning and one does not. I tried going to Live Help, but they are "experiencing high volume and extended wait times".

I'm afraid if I register again it will charge be again.

Subscribers of some listing tools such as Selling Manager, Selling Manager Pro, Seller Assistant and Seller Assistant Pro may be unable to access their accounts. If you see error messages saying you are not currently subscribed, please do not attempt to register again as a new subscriber.

We’re aware of this issue and are working to fix it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

SMP link has disappeared from the left column of My Summary page. Ho! Ho! Ho! eBay tech problems is the gift that keeps on giving. So how many CORE listings will eBay loose today because sellers can't access inventory in SMP? Oh sure, we can do a Sell Similar but how do we know if we have the inventory to sell?

Sure wish techies would stop tinkering until after the holidays.

We should all email our account reps and ask for a prorated credit for this month's fee. That's what I just did. This is BS since I need SMP to run my business!!! Come on eBay, if it's not broke, don't fix it - ever!

Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas. Ok, I am glad ebay decided not to make any changes after 10/31 as to avoid all problems like this. If this isn't the result of a change to their systems then it shows the stability of the code their programmers have written.

Glad to see I am not the only one missing SMP - Hopefully they will get it back up and running soon!!! I was scared for a moment that they deleted the whole program and we were supposed to be using something new when I had trouble coming up with the link for this board.

I am not the smartest guy, but what sort of maintenance needs to be announced during peak season? I don't know about you but I consider maintenance what they do on a daily basis, not something that is so intrusive to the users that it has to be announced.

The eBay system will be undergoing general maintenance from approximately 23:00 PT on Thursday, November 30th to 01:00 PT on Friday, December 1st. During this maintenance period, certain eBay site features may be intermittently unavailable or slow.

No SMP at the busiest time of the year. What now? Why is it that every holiday season they have a major screwup? I was hoping this year would be different. I have signed up again, and now read that I might loose everything I have listed etc. How do I relist 1400 listing in time for sales to be made for the holidays? What a mess, again. I wonder if Meg knows about this, or do they not inform her of these types of things. If anyone can get to her, please do it.

Apparently they say it's back:

From 0114 PT to 0555 PT, subscribers of some listing tools such as Selling Manager, Selling Manager Pro, Seller Assistant and Seller Assistant Pro may have been unable to access their accounts.
This issue has now been resolved. If you had listing activity scheduled through these subscriptions, please log in to your account for additional infomation.

Thank you for your patience.



BUT WE STILL CANNOT ACCESS SELLING MANAGER PRO. WE HAVE ALREADY TRIED LOGGING OUT AND BACK IN AGAIN. WE HAVE NOT YET TRIED TO RE-SUBSCRIBE. PLEASE HELP
