Count me in.The system SUCKS.......Ebay wont change a thing for us Though..Its all about their PROFIT....They dont care about the sellers..Never have and never will...It has been this way for many years....I would like to see the individual who makes these stupid decisions try to sell and make a living on GREEN BAY...Then maybe just maybe they would understand......HA HA...

ouch, it hurts when undeserved negative feedbacks from people who don't read your description and refuse to communicate, and further you're not allowed to do anything to remove it.

At the very least, there should be a different rating for the product than the one for the seller.  I had a customer who didn't like the product even though it was "great quality".  He just went and posted negative feedback.  Feedback is mostly seen by buyers as feedback for the seller, not the product. Else it would show up only on the product page right?  I love my ebay business and work very hard to make my customer's happy.  I refunded this customer in full and he still left negative feedback. In what world does that make sense?  Ebay must have reasons for doing what they do but it is very discouraging to sellers who honeslty try everything possible to make their customer's happy.

I do not thank what e-bay is doing is legal.they have taken advantage of all of us.and we have let them, because of the bad economy. they make giant profits.and we lose.

trying to satisfy people is one thing,But everyone in this country has a DIFFERENT OPINION, and to use an opinion to govern and control e-bay seller, has got to be illegal .common sense tells you if you sell a welder and the advertisement said does not come with wire, the customer should not be able to leave a feedback saying your a bad seller, because welder didn't come with wire! you should not be left a bad feedback when you sell a set of 1964-65 vintage worlds fair cuff-links and the customer said it smells moldy, CRAP LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALOUD!!, People that buy a electric device , that comes with a charger, claimed that the charger does not fit the devise, sent the item back, with a different charger, and its up to seller to prove that they did.

the seller reputation should have something to do with the way e-bay decides the case. but it doesn't.  they'll tell you to go to your local police department to get an indecent report, the police dept with tell you they don't do that! so again you lose!!

count me in, sense we can't control on who bids on our items,   I have had 3 neutals from 0-3 feeback buyers and I can't even leave a neutal or warning to othe sellers, should get rid of Feedback and DRS completely!!

I was surprised after a break lapse in selling, that customers no longer are required to contact a seller to work out a complaint - I was HIT with a whopping 5 or 4 negatives from one customer!  It hurt my rating knocking me down to 99. Something lower than ever deserved. When I phoned eBay for help,so sorry, we don't fix that unfairness anymore. Then I asked how many had she left for sellers on that same day.  Oh, 5 others! Really, might that be abusive behavior? Yes, but we will investigate but can't let you see or know the outcome, and if the buyer did abuse her power or was having a bad day, we still won't fix your rating!  I reminded eBay how much I pay them! and, I could take my business elsewhere!

We need to be diligent about our fees, and use them as leverage if necessary, and I as one recommend that if a buyer leaves 5 that it count as 1.  Some efforts from buyers to resolve disappointment, just reasonable business practices. I worked very hard to earn my rating, how can I fix a problem or unhappy buyer if I have no clue she is disappointed.

she herself is also a seller who sells lingerie like me.  Hum, don't like a little competition, perhaps.

count me in, if they don't want to ship the item back they are now giving positive and then giving low seller dash, reports which is unfair. also our shipping cost's just went up as well so people will complain about that which is not our fault. i don't charge for bubble wrap or my time and still NO PARCEL post's what are we to do??? 

Ebay's feedback rules are complete nonsense. Paypal is no better with their buyer chargeback rules. What I wouldn't give for another site that is seller friendly.
