We are having problems with out-of-country buyers changing the shipping amounts on their orders to "Free" or whatever they want. I talked to an ebay representative that assured me that we were marked as not allowing our USA customers to change their own shipping, and thought that this matter was closed. However, it happened again. Today I was told that the only way to stop out-of-country buyers from changing their own shipping is to stop allowing buyers to combine shipping. This makes no sense to me, can someone explain? Why would I want to inconvenience all of my customers by not allowing them to combine their order just to stop out-of-country buyers from (what amounts to fraud) changing their shipping amount due to whatever they like? Can't we have a box to check just like the one for in-country for the out-of-country?
