No big deal, just check things like this out on google. Google tells all. If it doesn't, no one has heard of it, you should move on to the next prospect. Turns out this Viper guy is a crook according to several posts on the net. I haven't run across one post that he is a good supplier.
I find epinions.com might be the best place to check out suppliers.

Viper electronix: Robert Vilani he calls himself, in San Marino Italy- per say, accepts only cash (western union...etc.), I asked him how my order would be secured, and his biz policy/procedures as i been hurt sending cash overseas before, but no reply. I tried looking to verify via italian biz/trade commission but no reply.--- looks funny!!!!!!

I have heard of this guy aswell, He approaced me via e-mail. I have been in tghis business a long time and so i only know to well that if i want my phones i will go and get them. These phones seem very cheap indeed. He has an adress on his website in San Marino Italy. Believe me before i send him payment via an online company like paypal i will be visiting San Marino.

He offered to be my "business partner" and give me 10% of all sales if he let his cutomers pay into my PayPal account and then transfer the money to him via Western Union. So I did, and now the customer has not got his products and I'm stuck oweing more than $2,000 to this customer. WE NEED TO GET THIS GUY!

I was approached by Viper Electronix a few weeks ago and at first it all seemed above board. But after a while I found myself wondering how the hell he gets these phones so cheap. We exchanged a few mails and he seemed bona fide and I thought of maybe doing some business with him. But then when I went to check his site www.viperelectronix.com and saw that is was down, that aroused my suspicion. I thought nothing more of it for a while but then I checked it again this morning and got 100% loss when I pinged his website and then .... This guy also emailed me this morning from yet another email address..beware emails from sales@phones-at-wholesale.net! I thought his prices seemed too inexpensive...I looked around making comparisons but had a bad feeling about it the whole time..I'm a psychic so I tend not to ignore my senses so I put his company (supposedly he says in San Marino, Italy) into Google and hey presto here I am..Google led me right to this board! Feeling lucky I didnt get into sendin  g him money but something just didnt feel right. I can give details of where his email originated from the header if thats any use, but I would say the most info is above from the website originator details. Stay safe and hope you catch the guy, expecially if he owes you money. I hate these CRIMINALS! MsSaysi

The web site info there is kinda of interesting in my situation.
I was basically conned - by my own foolishness - out of about $250 for a Nokia N90.
I was in contact with a person who used www.ebayer-square-trade.com to send mails, pretneding to be from Square Trade, to me and set up the sale. The emails were pretty legit looking and i Western Unioned the money - alarm bells should have rang!
Now, I had a look into www.ebayer-square-trade.com and here is what i found - its very similar to Mr. Belluci/Melluci. However this guy never gave his name but on some of the spoof Square Trade emails gave the name of Mr. David Ciccarelli
