Abusive email from a customer

Hi All, Help,  I have been selling for around 10 years on ebay but started to sell seriously around 1 year ago. 100% feedback and always do the very best I can for my customers.

This week customer advised that he did not receive his item, but had left positive feedback? I said wait a little longer. Still not received he asked for a full refund. I gave full refund now I am getting abusive emails.

How do you deal with this?? I have blocked the buyer. Nothing in ebay to help.Any suggestions please.

email received as below, did not reply:

at this point i would advise you to totally ignore this person...do not reply to emails,etc...but DO keep a record of all these harassing messages he is sending to you...you may need them in the future...do not waste your time on this ignorance-thats what he wants..if he doesn't get any attention he'll probably go away....good luck

Look in seller resources for a contact form where you can report buyer problems. I'm in the uk so not sure where this would be on ebay.com, but shouldn't be hard to find - "seller reporting hub" or whatever. Pass on all abusive emails. You shouldn't have to put up with threats.

Forward the email to abuse@ ( his email provider ) I.E. abuse@hotmail.com and then just block his email address in your email program and forget he exists.

Emailing abuse@<his email provider> is not possible if he commuicates via eBay, since you don't get his email address. But maybe it works if he paid with PayPal? Also, you can't block his email but maybe eBay lets you block him?

If the emails are coming through Ebay, scroll to the bottom and you will see a box Marketplace Safety Tip. Third bullet point down is Trade Safely for which there is a link to Report an inappropriate email. You may find that you can report him to ebay through that link.
