Second -----when you buy this stamp at auction ,you get the Brandon certificate ,what he is trying to say is that since it is a old cetificate ,the new owner needs to ask for a Expertization Extensions to get it re-certification.Better from the Royal or BPA for a new certificate than sending it back to the same firm ,but thats done only on the approval of the auction house .
