Update: We are aware that some members’ accounts that have been migrated to the new billing system have inaccurate balances, due to fees and credits appearing twice. This issue will be resolved in the next few days, and any incorrect billing transactions will be reversed. Please note that eBay will adjust balances before deducting any funds from sellers who automatically pay their fees from a credit card or bank account. Safety Message: Please be aware that you do not need to take any action for your account to be moved to the new billing system, and eBay will not send you any emails asking you to take action. Should you receive such a request, please regard it as a suspicious email. Do not reply or click on links contained in the email, and please forward it to spoof@ebay.com.
