I finally remembered the Izzy mug. Unfortunately, it no longer changes when hot liquid is put into it. Here's a pic of how it normally looks. Picture the black bar going around the top of the mug turning clear, giving way to colorful stars, and the torch "lighting".

You can wonder if  you had a glimpse of an alternate dimension, though even if you did, does it have any relevence to the dimension you presently reside in? 

If one chooses to subscribe to the idea, that we choose our next incarnation ourselves...a blueprint of our life, so to speak, it could also mean, that you had picked up on what "might" have happened, had you made different choices.  A preview of a life review?  

I actually had one of these visions once, of what appeared to  be someone else's life review.  So, I realize how disconcerting that can feel. 

Did you consider that instead it was a vision of a thwarted destiny?  We always have the option to exercise our free will, at every fork in the road. As does every other soul we encounter on our path.

And if that was a possible outcome, then I guess you'll know with more certainty during your life review?   It really is too much to wrap our brains around at times.  We are only imperfect humans after all.   I read a case study, again in one of Michael Newton's books, which related a young woman, in a past life, who was unwed, and became pregnant by a young man, with no intention of doing right by her.   Sadly, she felt she had  no alternative but to take her own life, and that of the unborn child.

In her life review, she was shown her "alternate" life, had she made a different choice.  And her family had dealt with the problem by relocating to another town, where no one knew them.  Claiming she was widowed, or something, and they assisted her in raising the child up.   Her family had risen to the challenge in ways she could not fathom while she was living. 

In essence, her act of desperation, because of the fear of judgment of others, as well as legitimate questions of how she would support her child, had altered the blueprint of her life. And most likely the lives of others...  

It weighs on us, when we ponder those implications--how the choices we made in life, may have prevented a more fulfilled destiny.   But there are no "do-overs" in life, so it is best to just accept that you made what seemed like the best choice at the time.  Perhaps we did not have the benefit of wise counsel in our lives, or we didn't heed our own inner wisdom, when it spoke. 

Supposedly, this is why we are given approximately 800 lifetimes to figure it out huh?    I don't know from where this "vision" which haunts you came from.   And even if this was a potential bluprint of your life, you can do nothing now, but cut yourself some slack Marv--there are hundreds of warrior souls out there beside yourself, who might have been assigned to some military "Dreamcatcher Unit."

The terror happened, because of the persons who set the evil act in motion to begin with.  They also possess free will to make wrong choices. 

I prefer not to dwell upon these things, but for some reason, this came into my sphere of awareness yesterday.  I stumbled upon  this blog , though, I have yet to verify the source material.  Granted, my head has been in the sand, but has this been in National News?  At all?

Forgive me everyone.  You can Blame the scary topic on NetFlix!   I was supposed to be receiving some fun, fictional entertainment. Ya know...SHINY THINGS.   My queue indicated that Season 4 of True Blood was going to begin arriving in my mailbox this week.  The viewing list didn't indicate there was a wait.  And instead Disc One of this documentary arrived?   Queue Twilight Zone music.  Did the Universe decide that it was time for me to delve into this guy's material?   NOW!  Or just some cruel prank at NetFlix to throw me off balance?

Moon ... I decided to follow Sugar's wisdom and not take any of of these super strong oxy pain pills  ---it's true ... drugs and I do not mix --- ... I already was only taking one and not two... but I just have never been good with being dizzy.

...that's why I am sure I have never drunk alcohol ... one time with tequila and I've remembered it for all these years!  (unfortunately so have others)  I had a good five minutes of an Academy Award performance before puking my guts out.  (Which I did down the fromt of my own shirt in a clever move to hide it from every one ... nice, huh?)

Perhaps you CAN make progress in operating the "holy remote control" when the drug haze clears, and find some pleasant distraction from your pain, and feelings of helplessness.  It is your turn to sit still and heal. 

I have an odd story to share, regarding my own "comical paranoia."   Yesterday morning, on two different occassions, I heard some very low-flying jet aircraft zoom over my rooftop.  This was very odd, even though I live close to the Air Force Academy. 

I had a remembery of how I had been blissfully oblivious to the events of 9/11, until I left for work that morning around 10:00am, and heard the reports on the radio.  I do not invite media noise into my morning ritual.  Being a time of contemplation, and journaling, before I begin my workday. 

I decided it would behoove me, to turn on the television, and find out if there was some catastrophe occuring, that I should be aware of, that was the causation of these jets being active in the Colorado Springs skys. 

I was much relieved to find the usual Saturday morning cartoons, and cooking shows being aired.   Though I had to laugh at myself for my thoughts going there... I'm not usually an overly paranoid person.  But I guess reading that information on the Iranians being committed to bringing about the end of days, really spooked me. 

I'm off for a while.  I received an invite from my girlfriend to join her at our Church picnic, even if I missed services, as I usually do these days. 

And TempestGrace...just a reminder.  There are "flesh and blood" fingers, attached to the bodies of the souls who reside on PLU.   Otherwise, we would not need these computers to communicate with you at all.  And we could just communicate telepathically.
