I'll start a word. The next person must change it into a new word.

You can make two changes by adding a letter, removing a letter, or changing an existing letter. In other words...you can add two letters. Change two letters. or Add one letter and change one letter...etc. Too confusing?

just remember you can make a maximum of two alterations per word, but you don't have to make two. here is an example...

book ... cook ....door ...floor ...float get it?
