I have been listing my extra Pokemon cards from my collection.  I came across a particular card that appears to be misprinted.  I have a similar card like this one, but is printed regular like all pokemon cards.  Notice the cut from the top, and the extra yellow border on the bottom.

It's miscut, not a misprint.
