Top Rated Seller Shipping

So, here's my issue. I just qualified for TRS, which is cool. But I have items that I just ship in an envelope with a stamp. I ship them on time and they get there in 2-3 days. It cost's me less than $0.99. Which is what I charge for shipping, but now that I have TRS I don't want to lose it. But in order to do keep it I need to have a tracking number uploaded within 1day handling. In order to have tracking I have to charge way more. And thus the items i'm selling for 1.79 really aren't worth it because its over $2.00 for shipping! This is horrible for me. And I don't know what I am supposed to do with that! If people didn't get there items on time they would rate you lower than 5 stars and thus you would lose your TRS status. Why isn't it regulated like that?! Ebay is really starting to get on my nerves with crap like this.
Furthermore, I called and asked them what I could do and there response was nothing. If I charge that much for shipping ill never sell anything. If I leave it as is, then I lose TRS and make less. It's lose, lose and total BS.

you can register letters, but track packages. i have a handful of things that are too cheap to bother with tracking but i keep those at a very few. id much rather work smarter than harder and sell larger more expensive items....i just dont want to make $1 per transaction. ive gone and combined some to 2-3 together and offered free shipping on multiples...both worked pretty well. id sell some of that wax a few at a time...keep your unit price low but make it worth the money to ship and track. lot less headaches that way

The people who sell stamps are having the same issue.

The eBay decision makers don't have any idea or just don't care and they certainly don't want to hear it!
