I am in the process of cleaning out closets to try to eliminate at least some of the congestion in my house.
I came across around 1000 baseballs cards, 1988-91. The bulk is Donruss in 1989. Most of them were my sons but I had a few on my own. Most are stored in a baseball storage box, some in sleeves and some in a plastic container. For the most part they look the same way as they did when purchased. They were not handled much so they look new. After looking at some of the cards being sold on Ebay, I see that there are many factors into grading a card so they might not be mint.
I am disabled so income is a factor in what I could afford to do with them, especially in the matter of grading. I don’t know if having them graded would result in a higher price when selling them?
Question is what do I do with them? I am overwhelmed.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
