I'm looking for a software program that allows me to watch TV on my PC ... maybe a free television download program.

Hi Steve,

Yes, it's legitimate. I actually bought the software. It's not a free download though. It costs around $49. But it works great! And there are no monthly fees like with cable TV or satellite TV.

Can you get programs other than the ones you can already get by going directly to the various network's websites, and Hulu?

Is $8.99 a month too expensive? Hulu & Netflix are excellent. If you are an Amazon buyer and you have a prime account they have a lot of free streaming video of current television shows.

While trying to decide if I wanted to buy a Roku box, I doscovered a cool website called disableMycable.com. This guy has a virtual tv remote (if I remember right you click on My Remote). The remote is bookmarkable. On the remote are alot of networks like CBS, etc. To watch your favorite show on CBS, for instance, all you do is click on CBS and the available show icons come up. You then click on the one you want to watch - and watch it on your computer. It's very fast and at least with CBS (NCIS!), you can watch full screen size & full episodes. The down side is that you have to shut down your computer when done watching tv - which is not quite the same as a click with the tv remote! It is AWESOME though - and free.

Yes. That Internet TV software is by Satellite Direct. I own a copy myself. It's great. I can watch television on my laptop while traveling. And if I didn't have cable tv or satellite tv at home, I could hook my computer up to my large screen tv and watch it at home too. I have cable TV though so I rarely do that, unless I want to watch TV from another country or ESPN that isn't airing on cable TV.

It isn't a free television download though. You have to pay a one-time fee. No monthly bills though, which is great.

I love Netflix and highly recommend it but it doesn't have all of the TV shows that cable TV or satellite TV or Internet TV (like Windows PCTV shown here http://windowspctv.org/tag/free-television-download/ ) has.

Amazon Prime is good too but it costs $79 per year. I know, that's a small price to pay.

there is so many software for free iptv on android market, watch tv on pc no feeling, big screem is good, you can buy one google android tv box, then connect with you tv, you can see free iptv. it's very good!
