Beaded pieces on waist -- Victorian, Edwardian, Art Nouveau?

Can anyone tell me whether I should refer to these two large beaded  pieces as Victorian, Edwardian, or Art Nouveau? I've posted them on the Jewelry & Gems board to get information on where and how the iridescent beads were made, and have learned they were made in Bohemia (before it became part of Czechoslovakia). I also understand the saphiret rhinestones were made in Bohemia. Besides finding out how to refer to the beaded pieces, I would like opinions on whether selling them to an international buyer is worth the risk, since I've read a lot of horror stories on the Answer Center about problems shipping to international buyers.
