Hello Everybody on the Vintage Forum,

 

I am asking today for help from the ebay community. Last week I was robbed and my entire collection of Vintage and Antique pill boxes were stolen. There is one particular pill box that I need to replace. It is about 1"by". fancy square made by Stratton of England.. It is black with a gold butterfly etched into the top. If there is anyone out there who has one and is willing to sell it to me I would love to buy it. I am heartbroken over the loss of my collection. The black and gold Stratton was my favorite and I am desperate to replace it. Thanks to all who are willing to help me find it.

I am so sorry about your pill boxes. I am not a collector, I sell vintage costume jewelry and don't list pill boxes and things along that line. Fortunately I do have a lot of pill boxes as a result of not listing them. I am out of town right now taking care of my terminal mother. When I get back to Missouri I will check all of the boxes I have to see if there is anything like you have described.

Thank you so very much. I  really appreciate your efforts. Im so sorry to hear about your Mother. I will say a prayer for her.The pillbox was that fancy square shape gold with a black top and a beautiful gold butterfly engraved on the top. I have been looking high and low and cant find one anywhere on the internet. Again, thank you. Oh, by the way, my Paternal Grandmother was born in Missouri. She said we are related to Belle Starr. I really have no way of proving it but that's the story. Hope to hear from you soon.
