Help identifiying this signiture FR...could it be a Frederic Remington?

Hello,

just wanted to know if anyone over here in Vintage may be able to help me out with this signiture wall plaque.

It was purchased from an estate sale but seller had no info other than it was his grandfathers and purchased somtime in 1960s

The signiture is FR 1960....could it be a Frederic Remington?

Not his style at all, and he passed away in 1909

I answered on another board, but will repeat here in case you don't see it:

Definitely not Remington. Nothing like his style. Nothing like his signature. He died in 1909. The © symbol was introduced in an Act of Congress in mid-1909, and was not in use at all when Remington was working.
