Help. Need information on Glass Candlestick Holder. Art Deco?

Hello,

I'm not an expert on glass. Any information you can provide is appreciated (i.e. date, maker, etc). The glass has a light amber hue.

OP,

The light amber hue..I think that's what is referred to as 'baked' on paint...?

A popular feature used on glass pieces during the 1920's and 30's.

I'll go check on that.
