Knife Trench Art?

I came apon this knife at an estate sale, 10" Long But sides are sharp, 1 side pointed sharp and other just sharp like a regular blade, Whats really interesting is that the cap in handle are 4 different bullet shells,

Markings:

357 Federal Magnum,

W.W. Super 357 Magnum,

REM-UMC 30 CAL,

R A 5 4

Is this Trench Art? What would this be called if I listed it and what catagory would I list it under? Age of knife?

Im not an expert but check the date on the bullet cartridges. That may be an indication of the time period it was made.
