Hi orenrahat. That's a tough one. It's difficult getting people to read anything these days no matter how prominent you place the message. You may be able to address the situation by repeating your return policy as offen as possible, i.e. have in on your listing at the top and the bottom, include it in a shipping notificatin, etc. Sometimes people need to see something a few times before it sinks in.

Thanks Jerad,

My concern is that Although I state about my warrenty up and down and I stand by it (some eBayers even mentioned that in my feedback) someone will just slam me one of these days, In the past I could use squaretrade to mediate or use feedback mutual withdrawn, now I'm at the mercy of the client that don't read.

Is there anything I can do more?

Sounds like you're doing everything you can orenrahat. Having a solid return policy is one of the best ways to keep customers happy no matter what. Now that it's more difficult for you to address "irrational" customers with feedback, you'll probably have to be more proactive in asking satisfied customers to mention your excellent return policy in their positive feedback. That way anyone reviewing your feedback will have a more full picture to help balance out any off-the-wall customers.
