Email Marketing is a feature that is only available to eBay Stores sellers. It’s a great way to create relationships with your subscribers and promote your items in your Store.

The tool allows you to quickly and easily send promotional messages to your subscribers who have opted-in to your email list and encourages buyers to return to your eBay Store.

We have seen that sellers who use Email Marketing have experienced a higher level of repeat business

Your Emails are known as "Newsletters" to buyers. There are several ways to get buyers to subscribe to your newsletter.
Buyers will need to click on the "Add to Favorite Stores" & "Sign up for Store newsletter" links that appear in the following locations:
- On every Store page
- On your About Me Page
- All View Item pages
- Seller Profile Page
We also recommend that you encourage buyers to opt-in to your mailings by promoting your newsletters in all communication with buyers.

To administer your Emails, simply log in to “My eBay” and click on the “Manage My Store” link on the left navigation bar.

From there click on the “Email Marketing” link. From here, you can also see how many subscribers you have - the summary page will display the total number of subscribers to your mailing lists.

After you press the “Create Email” button, you get brought into the email creation process. On the first step you are asked to select a type of email you want to send as well as pick out a layout style that you want to use. If you use this default content, your email and layout will be selected for you automatically. You can also start from scratch by choosing your own content and layout.

On the next page, you select the recipients from your mailing lists. Remember, buyers who subscribe to your newsletter want to hear from you. They do not consider this spam so reach out to them!

On this page you can schedule the email to go out on a recurring basis, modify the content and the layout of the email, add your listing frame to the email, as well as add in your feedback profile on every email that you send out.

Once you are finished on this page you can complete the sending of the email by clicking on “Preview & Continue.” On the next page you will get a chance to preview the email before you send it out.
