What is the Solutions Finder?
The eBay Solutions Finder is an online tool within the Solutions Directory to help you find the right tools and services to grow your eBay business.

Whereas the eBay Solutions Directory has been an ever-growing one-stop resource full of tools and services, the new Solutions Finder walks you through a quick diagnostic process to help you find solutions that meet your specific needs.

The Finder is great for sellers who are growing or have grown their eBay businesses and who can benefit from increasing efficiency with eBay and third party tools and services. It’s also great for those just starting out their eBay selling business.

It enables eBay users to efficiently identify a solution that meets their specific needs.

It’s fast! Just go to Link, click on the “Go” button, answer a handful of questions, and receive a short list of recommendations.

About the Search Methods
Because users are different, we’ve built different ways to search.

On the left side, you’ll see ‘Choose a Selling Goal’. This method is designed to help users who have a particular goal they want to reach, but may not know what types of solutions will help reach those goals.

On the right, you’ll see ‘Choose a selling solution type’. This method helps users who are looking for particular features in a solution type. Want to know which business services offer search strategy consulting? Or which listing management solutions have item specifics (attributes) support? Then the right side is for you.

Start your Business
There are many different solutions that can help you start on the right path to selling success. Many Certified Service Providers offer consulting services to hand hold you through the process, help you set up you business, and even launch your listings or Store for you.

If you’d rather go it alone, there are listing software solutions that are easy to use and cost effective (sometimes free). These solutions can help new sellers with minimal learning curve.

If you’re a manufacturer or large retailer, you can consider outsourcing your eBay business to solution providers that can manage all aspects of the listing process for you. This will allow you to quickly and easily add eBay to your multi-channel strategy.

Hi lebaronpurple, you are correct. The Solutions Finder includes solutions from eBay too. In addition, some of the solutions from both eBay and Certified Providers are free.

Find Products to sell
Depending on whether cost or convenience is more important, there are different ways to get items to sell on eBay.

For Do-it-yourselfers, there are educational resources that are very cost effective that help you qualify suppliers yourself.

For those looking for a happy medium between price and convenience, there are directories of pre-qualified suppliers that will sell to you in small quantities. The qualification has been done for you.

Or, if convenience is most importance, you can locate
drop shippers who store products and ship them to your buyers for you.
