There were some new feedback changes announced at eBay live this past June. The first major change is the "90 day suspension policy", where members indefinitely suspended within the first 90 days of registration will have all of the feedback they've left removed. Link This workshop is regarding the new Feedback Manipulation policy which was introduced last week. This policy addresses the practice of artificially enhancing a member’s reputation, rather than provide commentary on genuine transactional experience is not permitted. In the past we only took action when a seller actively solicited feedback in their listing and we didn’t remove the feedback.
