Hi, Deirdre.
I'm a little confused about the difference between a "suspended" user and an "indefinitely suspended" user. How exactly does eBay differentiate between the two (i.e. what can cause indefinite suspension), and is it possible for other users to know when somebody is indefinitely suspended, other than seeing the resulting change in feedback?
Also, I'm assuming that the feedback will be removed automatically, but will affected users be told (by email, for instance) when it happens and, more importantly,
why it happened? My concern is that users who lose
positive feedback won't fully understand what is going on, and will be understandably upset as a result.
I hope reading my stupid sig line
is the HIGHLIGHT of your day.
