We have been on the discussion boards and have seen some great feedback. I’d like to address some of those questions here:

Using Internet Explorer 7 for MultiOrder Shipping
IE7 is not currently supported but watch for this in an upcoming release

Turning off the receipt from printing
You can turn this off by:
Click on the Edit Menu and select Settings.
Click on Print Setting in the left menu
From the Automatically print the following documents after printing USPS labels section, uncheck Receipt.
From now on, the Receipt will no longer be automatically displayed and printed.

Turning off the instruction sheet
We are looking into this request to turn this off


Importing non PayPal transactions
We understand that many are having difficulty importing transactions into the MultiOrder Shipping tool. Please follow the steps below to ensure that we can import your transactions:
Go to My eBay, navigate to the All Selling menu, and click on the Sold link.
For the specific items you would like imported, click on the Action drop-down and select “Mark as Payment Received.”
Click on a Print Shipping Label button to navigate to PayPal and launch the MultiOrder Shipping tool.
From the File menu, click Import.
Check Import from eBay to import non-PayPal paid transactions and Import from PayPal to import PayPal paid transactions.
Your items should now be imported

Cleared echeck purchases - MultiOrder Shipping functions like single label shipping in this way. We have received requests to change this and are currently exploring making this change

Thank you for the feedback regarding the packing slips not printing the item or description. We appreciate your points and will work toward making the requested changes.

Internet Explorer 7
We understand some people have had issues using MultiOrder Shipping with Internet Explorer 7. MultiOrder Shipping will be compatible with IE 7 by the end of this month

Currently, we are in the need of gathering metrics on which label printers are widely used amongst the community. Please answer the following questions below:

* Do you use a label printers?
* If Yes, which of the following do you use:
o Dymo 330
o Dymo 330 Turbo
o Dymo 400
o Dymo 400 Turbo
o Dymo 400 Twin Turbo
o Brother QL-500
o PB LPS-1
o Zebra 2844(z)
o Other: _(please input the one that you do use)_

* How often do you use your label printer when shipping items?
* Please let us know if you have general feedback on PayPal supporting label printers.
