In 2008, eBay has said sellers will be advantaged and disadvantaged based on their DSR ratings so they are becoming increasingly important. eBay sees the DSR's as a great way to let buyers know who is the cream of the crop as far as eBay sellers. That being said 4 is great and 5 is excellent. Strive for excellence and you will excel within eBay's DSR's
