Janelle..you were my very favorite presenter at the classes during eBay Live this year! Tickled to see you here again, but how do I get into this workshop..is it only that we can see messages posted, or is there a way to "listen in" on topics discussed??

I have an ebay store where I sell primarily books. Do you have suggestions on how I might prepare a store where I do not sell "Holiday Stuff" for the Holidays.

Hi and thanks for hosting this workshop. Well, I am a newbie to selling on eBay. Having tested a few items this past summer, I want to go full force this holiday season. I use Andale to research What's Hot items. Am I on the right course?

Hi. Just wondering about our USER ID. We originally chose one that would let us sell about anything, and have since expanded in 2 or 3 directions, with completely unrelated products. Would it be better to keep on the way we're going under one name, or should we considering splitting up into 2 or 3 stores? Of course, one big concern with that is that since we've built up feedback, we could only keep that feedback for one store.

I was at eBay U in Dallas and really enjoyed all four sessions that you gave.
You tried to bring up my store but couldn't; I found out why. We were typing the URL and not the store name which is Cassandra's Comic Corner. If you would try again I would appreciate it. Thanks, cassandra61 aka Judy Madden

Definitely, even a basic store can have customization done to it. In a basic store, you have 5 custom pages to work with...and your homepage can be one of those.

What advantages are there to having a featured store? I noticed you only list about 15 items. Is it worth the extra costs?
I know you get additional custom pages but those can be obtained cheaper through a website or free webpages. Does a featured store help with search engines? Does the feature stores get more exposure through eBay over basic stores?

I list all my items in my description and store category. How are stores listed when we all have similar keywords. It appears they are listed by volume of item. thank you for this workshop.
