It all depends on your buyers. Some like to know right away when a new product arrives, and some want to be notified once a month, if at all. We are currently developing an out-bound marketing feature like this to be included in our ezSupport product.

We are only at work from 9am-5pm, but it seems that most of the time our buyers leaves us with questions at night and then gets upset when we cannot answer it until in the morning. Do you have any suggestions on how to handle a situation like this? A lot of our questions are not frequently asked ones that we receive.
