It all depends on your buyers. Some like to know right away when a new product arrives, and some want to be notified once a month, if at all. We are currently developing an out-bound marketing feature like this to be included in our ezSupport product.

There's no harm in telling a story in your listing. However, in this workshop we wanted to focus on buyer questions and getting back with timely answers to help increase repeat buyers.

Regarding jewelryandpawn's post about emailing your customers...do you email them seperately from your newsletter, just using their personal email that you receive when they purchase from you?

We are only at work from 9am-5pm, but it seems that most of the time our buyers leaves us with questions at night and then gets upset when we cannot answer it until in the morning. Do you have any suggestions on how to handle a situation like this? A lot of our questions are not frequently asked ones that we receive.
