Hi everyone: As of July 9th, we've begun our first redemption period for the eBay Bucks Beta program. Ebayer since 1998 has just had the worlds most and ebay unbelievable experience with a gawd awful seller and paypal have let them get away with it. Here's the saga: I bought a pair of pants from seller and paid for them. Within minutes I went back to see if he had more of them and he did. I checked to see if he combines shipping and he did. I bought two more pairs, and emailed him to let him know I had already paid for one pair with shipping and would wait for an invoice from him with the...

Ebay is a mess. If they think they can ever compete with Amazon... in any Category ...they are dead wrong. I purchased an:"Excellent Condition" DVD in which in Ebay's S&H terms stated $3.00. I clicked the "more details" tab and it stated S&H as $3.00. I recieved the invoice from the Seller that stated the S&H as $6.00 (for a single DVD). Ebay changed it's S&H Policy on all Media in September clearly stating that CDs and DVD were limited to $3.00 unless the Seller uses a shipping...

Hi all, thanks in advance for your advice: I won a pair of jeans on 11/3, paid via paypal immediately and knew it would be shipping parcel post from Utah to NC. On the 7th I received an email from her stating that her shipping was a bit slow as her baby was sick but it should be here "anytime". Around the 17th, I sent a nice note requesting any tracking info she might have, as I hadn't received it yet. Typically, it takes between 5-6 business days to ship from NC (where I live) to CA......

I intended to put in a bid for 15.95 and accidently put in the bid at 115.75. Of course the sale went way over my intended 15.95 and the seller is simply stating "I expect payment." I have tryed to contact them and explain the mistake, offered to mail my proof of error, and even told him to look at the history bids and check the show automatic bids. Can anyone answer me this? I found a game with a BIN price of $50 and an option to make an offer. So I offered $40 for it and the clown comes back at me with a counteroffer of $49. One measly dollar less than the BIN. OK, so I figure he wants to barter, so I counteroffer $41, one measly dollar more than my original offer. Instead of just letting it go until we reach the middle price of $45, he declines. So what's the point? Why have a make offer button at all? Why not just sell the thing...

hi, i bought a hp graphic calculator $99 on Saturday 11/21, i email the seller before i buy and tell him that i have a final exam next monday, ask him if he could send it fast? he tell me that he will send the next day, today is 11/25, nothing about the seller, and nothing about the calculator. i have send him 3 email, asking if he have send it... and not respond. Hey, I Got A Interesting Message From A Seller. I Bought A Copy Of Modern Warfare 2 For Xbox360,The Seller Sent A Message That The Item Will Go Out Tommorow Morning,But The Money I Paid Him They Wont Release It Till I Leave Him Feedback!! I bought a coat from a seller a little over three weeks ago. Shipping was supposed to be 10-14 days. After the 14th day I contacted the seller asking about the status of the item, she tells me she was sick and will ship it tomorrow. Its been 1 1/2 weeks since then. Now, when I go onto my "won" items it isn't there. I'm really confused on what is going on. Any suggestions??

Hello! I recently purchased an item from a seller with Paypal and was given a tracking number for the item. The item was delivered, but to a different city and state than my shipping address (the zip code was off by one number). I spoke to the seller, who confirmed my address, stating that USPS must have screwed up. She stated that she has confirmation that the item was delivered so there is nothing she can do. I won an item but don't have enough in my PP acct. right now to pay for it--so I went to my PP account and initiated a transfer of funds from my bank account. However, this could take a long timefrom what I hear. My time to pay in the seller's TOS is limited, and now the seller is trying to cancel the transaction.
