Hello, I was about to do it but thought i'd check here first, I kept trying to purchase an item with buy it now, but paypal told me that seller cannot receive payments now. The seller told me to pay to a different email address. i am skeptical of this, but if I don't do it, he/she will leave negative feedback. what should I do.

I don't know what to do, I can't log on with my selling account, it says the username or password are incorrect. They ARE correct. I've tried clearing everything, turning off and on, different browser, everything. The only thing I can think is I started using both my laptop and desktop this week as Ii was doing graphics. I usually only use my laptop. I've tried calling ebay, but they are just automated. I need help, I have customers waiting for invoices and I can't message or do...

How do I report this? I sent a book back that was not as described, got a refund and left net. feedback for all the hassles. Link Now the buyer (same paypal account and name)but different ebay handle buys one of my books 30 mins after I leave feedback. Link His only intent is to leave neg feedback in return.As he has done it to a previous seller (goodrockrich) Link Link Is this against ebay rules?or has this guy found a way to get around ebays new truthful...

I purchased tickets to the Wed Sep 17th U2 concert back on May 15th. The advertisement listed them U2 Lower Level seats in section 113B. They didn't specify the exact row or seat numbers. I won the seats. When it came time to send the tickets the seller said she had problems sending the seats in a email attachment. So she mailed them. A few months ago another eBay buyer sent me a email saying they also purchased tickets from this seller. And that they suspected the seller was reselling...

My question is regarding feedback but I have to give some background first... I paid for and received a product that was "NOT NEW" as it was described in the ad. I called the seller and immediately to let them know. They apologized and said a return label would be in the mail asap, with refund via PayPal once they got the product back (this is great). I have a question is it fraudulent for a seller to sell a not for US use software in the US and ships only to US? I feel that if the item is listed as not for use in the US they should not be able to sell it or to only ship to US. they know the software will not work for the buyer and thus are committing fraud. Is my understanding of what constitutes fraud wrong (knowingly selling unusable product)?

So I bought a counterfeit Microsoft Enterprise 2007 disk from an eBay seller - who ultimately ended up selling approximately 80 of these disks. When I get it, I find out it's a fake. I called him on the phone and "he's not home." So I send an email - to his PERSONAL ACCOUNT LISTED WITH PAYPAL and he tells me he'll refund my money if I send back the disk. About a month ago I sold a refurbished XBOX 360 hard drive to a buyer in Canada. The buyer sent the item back shortly after, stating that the hard drive was DOA. I took his word for it and immediately sent him one after. So, I think it's fine and then 3 weeks later the buyer says he is "thoroughly unimpressed with the entire transaction" and is demanding a refund,. He wanted me to refund his money and let him keep the product. Now, I had thoroughly tested the item before shipping out...

Ok so its the 1st time i actually sent a package using paypals shipping service/scam/labels. I just think its crazy all the hassle with pay pal.They take 16.00 for a fee then i have to ship a package a certain way to get seller protected which includes ins. signature confirmation and a tracking number for another 16.00.This is ok except that the usps has never in 3 days scanned my package.So where is my protection? If the usps never scans my package then who's to say i actually sent it?

I recall some posts within the last year or so about fake golf clubs, so I thought it might be of some interest: Link The ringleader was UK-based, but the article says he had associates in the U.S. (who, presumably, would have selling through eBay US).

I had my son's Iphone up on EBAY and I got an email that this young man wanted to pay $220 cash. He told me he did not need the head phones or the charger. Then he said he wanted them so after taking new headphones and a charger he told me that he wanted to meet me. He lives here. I kept it up on EBAY for 4 days. Sold an item recently. This was NEW with all CD's DVD's. received email from buyer saying it was wet and CD's were missing. Responded back immediately about if the box was tampered with, did you check the other layers for the CD's? Disk 3 and 4 was under 1 and 2 etc.... She immediately filed a PP claim.
