I have a cold. Naturally -- it's the big holiday week, and I have a million things to do. My head is clogged, but last time I checked, my sinuses aren't directly connected to my brain. Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask this... I won an auction tonight (130344659928) and there was me and one other bidder. I got an email one minute after the auction closed saying that since the Ebay search system was down today, he is canceling all bids and is reposting the item this week. I think it is a convenient excuse and that he didn't get his desired price for the item, and that he should have closed the auction before it closed if he was concerned about the search system.... I purchesed a used DVR from a seller that had a 7 day refund policy. The unit didn't work so I asked seller if I could return it, they said no. Paypal said they would take care of it and sent a prepaid shipping label to me for returning the unit, they also said I would receive a full refund when the seller received the item back. UPS shows it was delivered few days ago. When should I see my refund? Thanks (More)
