I had a repeat buyer from Italy and the first package I sent to him took 2-3 weeks to arrive. I sent him a 2nd package at the end of October and he just filed a PayPal claiming item not received. I personally have stopped shipping first class international. I have had so many problems. First, you can't track a first class package. Second, if the buyer files a dispute against you....paypal automatically gives them their money back because you don't have a tracking number. Third, it is a lose-lose situation, you are out the money and the merchandise. I have lost ALOT. After the third loss, I stopped shipping First Class. Hello, I recently sold a Gurkha knife and didn't realize until I was getting it ready to ship that the seller is in Germany. Since I know there are restrictions on sending some knives overseas I checked the USPS info for Germany and it mentions 'arms and weapons' as being prohibited.
