The new item layout, with photos appearing in an inset box that you can click to enlarge, is a major step backward -- the pictures, even when enlarged, are significantly smaller than under the old layout. Look at any of my auctions under the two formats and you'll see the difference. I rely on people being able to see the CDs they're bidding on, but they're too small to be readable under this new layout. I note that the new FAQ encourages us to make sure we use pictures that are 1000...

I use the PayPal labels for a lot of off-eBay sales. 1. Will labels (single and MOS) still be available at PayPal? 2. Will the Large and Small Flat Rate Box be added at PayPal at the same time as they are available on eBay? 3. Are those Flat Rate Boxes still coming out by June 2009?

What if the item is still in transit when the buyer contacts us? If the item is still in transit, eBay will consider the delivery estimate in the listing. Delivery Confirmation IS NOT tracking. I do not send the Delivery Confirmation number to my buyers because they then look up the info on the postal service site and panic when they see the info there....they assume that because their is no further info other than the number that I'm scamming them and not sending the item! Why does eBay insist over and over again that "tracking" should be sent to the buyer.....why does eBay call it tracking?....why does eBay falsly lead the buyer with...

Will there by any sort of records kept on buyers who file SNAD or INR claims over and over again? Will there be put into place a block for sellers to use against buyers who have filed claims in the past? We can block those with unpaid items, why not block those who file too many claims? 1) On auctions that currently have high velocity, will the addition of adding in product catalog specs vs not having them in place now, hurt your velocity on active auctions? ex: I am selling a Motorola V3 Blue and selling 30/day without the product catalog specs and prefilling the information ourselves.
