I had a very bad experience with a buyer that has a feedback score of 1 - but in an email to me he said he has had multiple ebay transactions - he has the new to Ebay icon near his name but I have a feeling that he is someone that may be a scammer and have multiple id's. I have searched under APO and military adresses and came up empty, so I thought I'd post here. It is astounding to me that after all the years that eBay has been in business, it is still impossible for a service member from the United States Armed Forces to be able to use this site and accurately enter his or her APO address as it is issued. I have chosen a business name which I really really like, the domain name is available and so are other various sites allowing you to set up a shop. However when I tried to register the name on eBay, the name is taken. The ebay id in question hasn't been used in the last couple of years. The seller was a registered Ebay seller, then he went private and then unregistered. I only deal with Ebay registered sellers. He canceled the free shipping items on my order, but left all the other items. With each request to cancel I asked him to cancel all the items in the order. He never responded.
