Those sellers who consistently receive the highest buyer ratings, ship quickly and demonstrate a track record of excellent service. How are they highlighted? Hi Everyone - I have seen a number of questions on the boards pertaining to how your search results can be customized, so I wanted to take a moment to post to it here. If you want to change any of your default settings in the new search you begin by clicking the link to Customize View You can find this link just above the search results and to the right of the View As dropdown: A window will pop up in which you can customize your search results. Formatting Here you...

I was wondering is there a way to keep China out my search when I am searching international? I am tired of seeing all the listings from there flooding the results and quite frankly I do not trust anything from there as being real or legit..I am in searching using ebay ca and my options are canada, north america and international.Thankyou.

Ebay stores used to show up on the left side of the page in order by the number of items listed based on search terms used.....now they;re not. One has the option of selecting "include ebay stores in listings" ........but that only produces more results. So, If i'm shopping for childrens books or say another widget where I would buy multiple quanties from the same seller with the option to combine shipping....I can't shop based on the seller that has the largest selection without opening...

I was doing some searches this evening, and I no longer see View As "Snapshot" being an option. Now the only choices are List or Gallery. Is this an intentional change or is something broken? Snapshot (thumbnail) view is the only way I can visually browse lots of items quickly. Thanks,

How can one search for anything with "2" and NOT get everything with "1/2" I have tried everything I can think of, such as putting a space in front of the 2, enclosing it in quotes, etc., with no help. I often search for things with numbers, such as 2", 2HP, etc., and get far more hits on "1/2"" or "1/2HP" than what I am really looking for." This has been frustrating very often for me.

I believe eBay should issue refund or credits to sellers that had auctions end during the period of time that the search feature crashed! There is no telling how many buyer's last minute searches were affected and how many seller's items were not available due to the inability to do a simple search function!

On Nov. 20, I bought a book from a local seller. On Nov 21, I met the seller at his home and picked it up, having already sent a Paypal payment to his e-mail address. When I got home later that day, I marked the payment as "SENT". The seller had already left me feedback, and I left him feedback directly thereafter. Today, eBay sends me an e-mail "DON'T FORGET TO PAY..." for the item. Now, it has only been 3 days, and I already paid, and I have already marked it "Payment Sent" and I...

I have discovered that over the last day or 2 (and perhaps longer), that some of my "saved searches" have their punctuation dropped (things like parentheses and minus signs) in the search. In other words, the search that I saved months or years ago, and have carefully refined over the years, is saved in MyEbay. When I click on the saved search, the actual search is done with just the words, ignoring the parentheses, commas, and minus signs, and then I get no results. I can go back to the...

When I do a search on a topic within a category I can go to advance search and exclude words. I like that ..... If I search on just a category and go to advanced search and omit words the tool does not work. If i view an individual sellers items and go to advanced search i cannot select words to omit. The advanced search feature is very limited and needs improvement.
