Hi. I cannot log into ebay.com.au anymore. I keep getting the line - include.ebaystatic.com and that's as far as it goes. The progress bar just stops and i can't get onto ebay at all. Every other website works except for ebay.com.au?!?! Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks. (More)

We'd like to figure out what's happening to the eBay system emails, like End of Auction, Sell Confirmations, etc. There are two possible problems, one is that something is failing on the eBay side, and we are actively investigating that, and the other issue is that Internet Providers may be lumping some of our system mail in with SPAM. Hello. I posted yesterday regarding a glitch in my listings... I used the shipping calculator to calculate postage and in fact I revised the listing earlier in its course because the weight was off. Throughout the day I sold those 3 items and in all transactions resulted in free priority mail shipping. What is up with eBay? eBay has become the most frustrating site on the Internet to visit! Every time I try to sign in eBay says either my user name or password is wrong and then presents the security code that must be entered. I use the same user name and password and I get signed in. I have no account alerts or "non-paying bidder strikes". What is up with with the hassel of the security code and how to stop it? TurboLister can't access Picture Folders on Windows 7 (file sharing issue?) I have a brand new computer with Windows 7...I downloaded the newest Turbo Lister. When I try to add my pictures (from my picture file by browsing to it), it shows the picture file as empty when in fact it is filled with pics! When I access this file on my own thru my computer ALL my Pictures Folders are there, filled with my pics...it does however show each photo Folder of mine with a little "lock"... (More)

Ebay has installed browser highlighter on my computer. I have researched the method for uninstalling this piece of malware and it does no good. I cannot get rid of it. I demand that ebay provide precise instructions to remove this Firefox extension immediately. I have spent too much time already on this issue. As far as I am concerned this is a virus and should be legally treated as one. (More)

I received a 10% off coupon from eBay today and it showed up on my My eBay page and in the listing of the items I was looking at - then it disappeared. I signed out and back in and it reappeared. Then it disappeared again and I had to sign out and back in again to make it reappear. I just hope it's around when I want to use it. (More)

I have been searching for stuff I want to buy but the little picture that shows you the item it's not there and if I click on the item the description doesn't show, I tried on my laptop and my desktop using different browsers on each with the same result then tried on my iPhone eBay app and no pictures either then on my google g1 browser and eBay app and nothing on both, if I was selling something right now I would be pissed. My Ebay pages are freezing a lot lately, and I was wondering if anyone else has had more of this lately too. It seems to be especially bad when I'm using a saved search for completed listings which makes me think that maybe Ebay doesn't want to encourage comparison shopping. Maybe they want your screens to be so slow and/or frozen that you have to bid on the first, perhaps only, one you get a chance to view. Okay, probably not, but page freeze has been really impeding my bidding lately. (More)
