Is anyone else having trouble with the Add Tracking Number link in SMP? When I click to add the number nothing happens. I've tried it on several packages I shipped out today and it will not open that link for me to add then number.
I have been using Selling Manager Pro for several years. I've just now down graded to Selling Manager. The Add Tracking Number link never did work for me either.
Haven't been able to add it on Selling Manager for months - which is a royal pain because Int'l customers don't get it from paypal if I have to take the package to the PO to ship (since Paypal doesn't support First Class Int'l although Endicia manages to).
OP, there is another post on this subject, that I started on July 14.
One of the posters has a work-around that seems to work for some people. It involves hitting the Tab key a couple times navigating the form, to make the submit button appear.
