I had my account terminated without warning for misusing frames

Likely loading an eBay page in a frame........

I had a domain name violation. They emailed me about the problem with a warning to fix it and that I had 3 days to fix it. I fixed it in one day and two days later my account was suspended.

It's been over a month now and not one person from the email address they instructed me to email has responded.

The only time I can get an email response is by emailing help and they repeatedly tell me that they will forward my email.

I doubt that you have much to worry about... these things take time. Remember you're on the 'other end' so you can't expect instant service, unless you're a 'power seller', which in that case you would probably have a contact of two within EPN.
