I have searched far and wide and can't seem to find a value for this plate. I believe I found it on the "r" site, but they don't have any in stock. There also aren't any completeds or actives on ebay. The plate is 10 1/2" so I'm thinking it's a dinner plate. It is marked on the back in gold Abercrombie & Fitch, New York. Any thoughts on value would be appreciated. I bought it at an auction and probably paid too much, but I really liked it so I might just keep it. img src=" img...

This ornament is quite well made. It is denim fabric which is hand painted, has wired arms, tin and wire accents and a wooden birdhouse. It is 6" tall. There is a partial tag (only eGoo) still on the gold hanging cord. Also says Made in China on the back of the birdhouse.

I have an old wrench that somebody claims is a fire hydrant tool. Internet and ebay searches show others that are somewhat similar but not close enough to be absolutely sure. It is just over a foot long and a little over 7" wide. The only markings are an M stamped into one side and B170 on the other. What are your thoughts? Thanks! Jack Link

Hello, Is there anyone out there who could help me identify the age and maker of this beautiful piece? The base is approx. 6&1/2" long and is 4" tall to the tip of the trailing horses tail. It weighs 20oz. I could not find any trademarks or signatures. The details are very crisp with super sharp points. The only marking is the previous owners social security number. OUCH! I have tried and tried to gather info but have so far come up with zilch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!...

Wow, did I make a mistake...not knowing what Lalique is I posted an auction for Lalique Lovebirds for $1.00. I now have a $1.00 bid on them. I need to find out more about Lalique...any ideas? It looks like it will go for the one dollar. I should have checked before listing but I thought it was just frosted glass...and that is how I listed it.."Frosted Glass Lovebirds." After I listed it I noticed the writing around the base. Any info would be helpful. Thank you Cliff L. (zalman41)

I have this old figure of a bear. On the bottom it says, "Carved at 12 years old" and the initials RD. I've had it since I was about 5 (1954) but my Dad picked it up in a batch of stuff he bought for his second hand store so I have no provenance except Southern NH. First of all, is there a market for this type of thing and second of all, where would I begin to figure out a price? Please don't say start at 99cents. I hate that idea. It measures 5" long and 4" high. Caveat Emptor

I have an old brown poison bottle. It has the original cork, and the contents. To sell this on Ebay, I should dump the contents? I don't know what kind of pills they are, but they are blue diamond shaped. I don't want to get on the Listing Squad's bad person list, and I don't want to do anything illegal. I also don't want to reduce the value. What is the right thing to do in this case?I can has bubble wrap?

On many occasions my buyers requested that we bypass eBay on subsequent transactions because of not wanting to go through myriads of unrelated ads to get only few real mineral specimens. Also there is a big difference between the rare specimen (=rare item) or rare species, first one could be any object that is rare while the second relates to the mineral species that is rare. My sales on eBay dropped year after year due to the fact that over ninety percent of the items listed as mineral...

Hi Everyone, I was hoping someone might be able to identify the character's name on these Syroco Wood figures. I understand they made comic strip characters from 1930's 1940's from Dagwood, Popeye etc as well as neat corkscrews of many different characters. These have a label stating "Syroco Wood Made in the USA" and a handwritten note that they were purchased in 1936. I hope they look familiar to to someone out there! Thank you for any help!
