Need help with how shipping appears in my listing. TIA

I've listed 2 chairs and I noticed that my listings show "local pickup only" under the shipping. I  would like to offer to ship anywhere in the U.S. in addition to local pickup. If the buyer can't pick up and would like it shipped,  I would prefer that the buyer contact me to arrange their  shipping method of choice and cost.

How do I make the shipping option in my listing appear like this one below for example?
