Bracelet Markings

Sorry to bother , I have a gorgeous 18K diamond bracelet, and I am trying to identity the markings other than the 18K as I was able to confirm it was 18 Karat Gold, and the Diamonds were  real. Does anyone know what the other two markings might represent. I have done a lot of searching. Thanks.

Is It diamond and sapphire or another gem starting with an S.  I believe it is the weight of the gemstones - so 2.22 cttw in diamonds. My first thought was the second number was the weight of another gemstone like sapphires in the piece but if just diamonds perhaps someone else can shed some light on it. Or is there two shapes of diamonds??? 

I have a few pieces that are stamped with weights
