It seems that eBay is tinkering with the idea of allowing these payment methods again for some reason. It makes absolutely no sense. While it was nice to be able to get a Money Order back in the day, I can't see it working now with how tight eBay's shipping window is after payment. How would it work since a seller would want to make sure the payment cleared their account before shipping the item. This is just another example of eBay tinkering with something that currently works really well, instead of fixing the site issues that really need fixing. (ie: request total button for cart, combined shipping for Best Offers, search engine etc.)
