     You are not yet setup to sell on eBay. The following will walk you through getting setup to sell your book including setting up a method to handle you payments/payouts.

You need to sign up to be paid.  You just don't register on Ebay and then try to start selling. There are requirements and protocols for all would be new sellers.  This is what you need to do:

Attach you ebay account to your bank with Payoneer

Once you are approved by Payoneer, you will have to wait until Ebay approves you.  That can take up to 30 days.  

Trying to sell before you have followed thru with all these prerequisites could jeopardize your account.
