so  here whats going on  i had my sister in connecticut send me some stuff  i forgot while  i was there visiting   this stuff i needed for work  i know i she mailed it i got the  copy of the receipt in my email  how ever tracking just says pre shipment with unknown delivery date and  its been saying  for 3 days now  nothing updated

I'm sorry this doesn't sound like an eBay transaction. eBay doesn't have anything to do with your sister mailing your belongings to you. 
You would need to take this up with your sister.

Unless you purchased something on eBay, we cannot assist you.

It sounds like your sister was shipping personal items (and NOT eBay sales items).

Your issue is with the shipping courier -- not eBay.
