Pop Up Upsells / Add an Item to Your Order

Is this a new feature on eBay, when you pay for an item a window or pop up is trying to sell you an item in addition to the item you just bought?  I just started noticing it yesterday.  Is there a way to opt out of this? It's annoying and I'm afraid I'm going to accidentally click on the button to purchase this extra item.

@cardsforauction  it's something eBay has been doing for a few months now, though I think it may still be a test and not always shown to every buyer.

No way to opt out of it that I know if, but you are right to be concerned about the potential for accidental purchases....several sellers say they've experienced cancelations, returns, and chargebacks for that very reason.
