I know this has been posted before but I couldn't find an answer or resolution so maybe some of you can help me?
I am a seller but I was buying an item from another seller. 1 hour after my order. The cancelled my order and told me she was out of stock and no longer selling the item. Then she canceled the order stating "buyer cancel the order". Then reposted the item for sale again at a higher price plus added shipping as the first order there is no shipping charge.
The seller had already sold four sets of these items and this was the last order left and when the seller relisted the item at a higher price and charged shipping it shows she had five more items in stock.
As a seller and store owner myself I find this very unscrupulous and cannot find anywhere on eBay to report it or should I report it or just let it go?
Thanks and please be kind!

eBay can't force buyers to pay or sellers to ship.
If you didn't ask to cancel then report the seller for using that as the reason. I suspect they made a mistake but didn't want to get a defect for cancelling.
